Diagnostics is free in any case. We quote the cost and time of the repair after diagnostics.

How it works
- Request. Send a photo of the nameplate and describe the problem (the error code, if any). Call +38 (050) 367-62-12 — you can send the photo and the nameplate in a messenger.
- Preliminary assessment. From the nameplate and your description we will tell you whether it is worth sending the equipment.
- Delivery to us. Send it by Nova Poshta or bring it yourself by arrangement. We will give you the address when you contact us.
- Diagnostics — 1–4 days, depending on the equipment and the problem.
- Conclusion. We send you the diagnostic report in the way that suits you (messenger or email): what we repair, the cost and the time. The cost and time depend on the fault and the availability of spare parts.
- Payment. We agree the form of payment; the repair is paid 100% before it starts.
- Repair and testing. After the repair we test the equipment before dispatch.
- Dispatch to you. We send the repaired equipment together with the certificate.
Shipping in both directions is paid by the customer (Nova Poshta).

If the repair is not possible
We will return the equipment at the customer’s expense; if there are equivalents, we will suggest them.
Warranty and documents
- Warranty on repairs — 6 months on the repaired units and replaced parts (not on the whole device), from the date of dispatch to you.
- Documents: an invoice and a service completion certificate.
